Welcome to Indian Hills Country Club

A vision to build a first class country club and golf course in the countryside North of Tuscaloosa, across the Black Warrior River, came to fruition in 1959. Grantland Rice II’s article from the February 17, 1957 Tuscaloosa News proves this vision stating, “the number five fairway was to be a landing strip for private planes.” Rural then, Indian Hills Country Club is now the epicenter of Tuscaloosa, minutes from the University of Alabama, downtown, courthouse, shopping centers and neighborhoods.

Golf

The design of our golf course has been under the direction of Tripp Davis & Associates since 2019 when they prepared a master plan to guide short- and long-term renovations.

Tennis

Indian Hills provides a full range of tennis programs: private and semi-private lessons, cardio tennis, social mixers, men’s and women’s USTA teams, Junior Team Tennis, weekend round-robins and Net Generation tennis for our future stars.

Pool

The Indian Hills Pool is a newly renovated resort-style pool with water slides, fountains, splash pad and full service menu. All designed to provide the best possible summer for our members.

Events

Banquets, meetings, weddings and more. Indian Hills has the team and event space to host your next event.

Dining

Our dining rooms will make you feel comfortable from the moment that you walk through the door. We want you to feel as though you have just arrived at your second home.
